These Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the online service Medical Profile (hereinafter referred to as the “Application” or “Service”) and the relationship between the provider and the user.
By creating a user account and/or using the Application (including the free version), the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
The user may stop using the service at any time, adjust profile settings, and/or delete their account.

The Service allows users to create and manage a personal and medical profile (“Profile”) and to make selected data accessible in read-only mode to a person who gains access via a unique QR code/link (typically on a wearable device such as a bracelet/tag).
The Service is intended as informational support in emergency situations. It does not replace professional medical assessment by healthcare personnel.
The Application requires user registration. The user is responsible for:
The user may create a Profile for another person only if they are authorized to do so (e.g., legal guardian) or have the consent of the person concerned.
The Application may be provided as:
Features and pricing may change over time; the information valid at the time of subscription activation applies.
Selected paid plans may include a 14-day free trial.
During the trial period, no fees are charged.
The trial can be cancelled at any time in the user account; if cancelled in time, no charges will be made.
Prices are listed in the current pricing plan.
If the trial or subscription is not cancelled, then after the trial (or the paid period ends):
Payments are processed via a payment gateway; the provider does not normally store full payment card details.

If the service does not function properly or an incorrect payment occurs, you may file a complaint at info@bodyid.com.
Refunds may be considered especially if:
After a paid period begins, we generally do not refund unused time unless required by law or a justified complaint is accepted.
The Profile may be accessed via a unique QR code/link. Access may be:
The user acknowledges that anyone who obtains the QR code/link (and possibly the PIN) may view the data within the configured scope.
If the device is lost or misuse is suspected, the user can immediately block access to the Profile in their account. Access can later be restored. It is recommended to change the PIN if used.
The Application may allow sending an SMS with an access code to a designated phone number, which returns an automated SMS response containing basic profile information (e.g., identity of the person involved, selected medical alerts such as allergies/chronic conditions, and emergency contacts).
The user determines what data is entered and is responsible for:
The provider recommends consulting a physician when entering medical data.
The information in the Profile is informational only and does not replace professional medical assessment.
The provider is not responsible for damage caused by outdated or inaccurate data, or for unauthorized access due to loss/leak of QR code or PIN if available security measures were not used.

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.If the user is a consumer, disputes may be resolved out of court via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ADR).
