Complaint Terms

1. Free trial period (14 days free)

  • Every new user is entitled to a 14-day free trial period.
  • During these 14 days, the user may cancel the service at any time in their profile settings or by sending a request via email, with no charges.
  • If the service is not cancelled before the end of the 14th day, the paid period will automatically begin, and the amount corresponding to the selected plan will be charged to the payment card.

2. Withdrawal from contract and cancellation of service

  • Subscription cancellation: The user may cancel the subscription (recurring payments) at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the already paid period, after which it will expire and no further payments will be charged.
  • Digital content: Since this is a digital service, after the paid period begins and access to the full version of the profile is granted, refunds for the current (already started) month/period can no longer be requested in accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code.

3. Complaints

If the service has defects (e.g., profile data is not displayed correctly or the system is unavailable), the user has the right to file a complaint.

  • Processing time: Complaints will be handled within 30 days at the latest. If the complaint is accepted, the user will either receive an extension of the subscription or a proportional refund to their card/account.

4. Payment and delivery terms (summary)

  • Delivery: The service is delivered immediately after registration and payment card verification by granting access to the digital interface.
  • Payment: Payments are processed automatically (recurring payments) via the ComGate payment gateway after the trial period ends.
